加拿大OINP邀请后的下一步：详细提交资料流程指南

省提名入池之后就可以开始准备需要提交的资料了，对于怎么样入池，请参看文章《详细步骤：加拿大安省省提名OINP入池完全指南》，里面有非常详尽的步骤介绍。

本文则主要关注于省提名被捞之后的资料准备，还是以硕士通道（Master Graduate Stream）为例进行介绍。

需要提交的资料如下：

• Attestation Form (mandatory)
• Photograph (mandatory)
• Passport (mandatory)
• Your Family Member’s Passports (mandatory, if applicable)
• Status Documents issued by IRCC or CBSA (mandatory)
• Residency in Ontario (mandatory)
• Education (mandatory)
• Language Tests (mandatory)
• Settlement Funds (mandatory)
• Resume (mandatory)
• Intention to Reside in Ontario (optional)
• Other (if applicable)

下面我们一个个地详细介绍。

Attestation Form (mandatory)

官网要求如下：

The Attestation Form must be completed, signed, and uploaded in the Required Documents section of the application. The Attestation Form should be signed on the same date that you submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) to the OINP.

每一个通过安省省提名提交PR申请的人都必须提交这个表格，关于这个表格有两点注意事项：其一是表格的签署日期必须是你入池（EOI）的日期而不是你提交资料的日期；其二是表格需要打印之后手写签名（有机打签名通过的也有退回重签的，稳妥起见直接打印之后手写签名为好）。

Photograph (mandatory)

官网要求如下：

You have to scan and upload a copy of a passport or visa photograph of yourself with your application.

Photographs that are not clear or are of low quality will not be accepted.

我们以官网截图来说明所谓的护照照片必须满足的要求：

Passport (mandatory)

官网要求如下：

You must scan and upload a copy of the personal details page of your passport and all pages that contain Canadian visas and entry stamps.

简单来说，只需要把护照个人信息页、加拿大签证页、加拿大出入境盖章页全部扫描然后做成PDF文档上传就好。如果有新护照则将新护照的个人信息页、备注页放在PDF文档的前面，之后才是旧护照的相关页面。

Your Family Member’s Passports (mandatory, if applicable)

官网要求如下：

If you have included family members in your application, you need to also scan and upload copies of the personal details page from the passport of each dependent family member. A dependent family member can include your spouse or common law-partner, your children under the age of 22 and their children.

如果你要带家属（配偶、Common-Law-Partner、22岁以下子女）一并申请的话这里就是必须项，只需要把家属的护照按照同样的标准扫描做成PDF就可以了。

Status Documents issued by IRCC or CBSA (mandatory)

官网要求如下：

You must scan and upload copies of current and previous status documents given to you by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Documents may include:

• work permits
• study permits
• temporary resident visas
• any other Canadian immigration document

If you currently have implied status, scan and upload a copy of either:

• the letter from IRCC acknowledging that they received your application to extend your status or
• the IRCC fee receipt, and/or
• the post office mailing receipt you received when you applied to extend your status (if applicable)

这里需要提交的是所有过往的身份文件，包括工作许可（工签大签）、学习许可（学签大签）、临时居留签证或者其他文件（比如Visitor Record）。

对于硕士通道的申请者来说，最常见的情况是刚毕业，提交了毕业工签但是还没下签。这个时候在这个版块需要提交的文件总共有三个，分别是：学习许可（学签大签）、PGWP申请回执（Submission Confirmation – IMM5739）以及PGWP缴费收据截图。

Residency in Ontario (mandatory)

官网要求如下：

To show that you have legally lived in Ontario for at least one year in the last two years before you apply, you need to scan and upload documents with your full name and address in Ontario. These may include:

• phone bills
• hydro or energy bills
• car or home insurance
• lease or rental agreement
• pay slips from an Ontario employer

过去两年内至少有一年居住在安省的证明文件，比较容易获取的房车保险这类文件。其他的比如租房合同，有可能房东不愿意签合同；话费账单，有可能号码挂在别人的名下。所以这一项还是需要稍微重点关注一下。

Education (mandatory)

官网要求如下:

* Degree documents

If your master’s degree has been granted, you must scan and upload a copy of:

• your master’s degree granted from an eligible Ontario university
• your official transcripts issued by the university that granted your degree

If your master’s degree has not yet been granted, you must scan and upload a copy of:

• your official letter (on institution letterhead) from the Ontario university which will be granting your degree confirming that:
• your official transcripts issued by the university that will be granting your degree

* Other education documents (optional)

If you have any other documentation to support your education, such as other university degrees, college diplomas or occupational certificates, include them with your application.

如果你已经拿到学位证了，那么这里需要上传的就是学位证（degree）和成绩单（official transcript）；如果你还没有拿到学位证，那么这里需要上传的就是毕业信（letter of completion）和成绩单（official transcript）。

所谓eligible Ontario university，请参看链接。

Language Tests (mandatory)

官网要求如下：

To prove that you have the mandatory language skills, scan and upload the results of an approved English or French language test with your application. The test must have been taken within the two years prior to submitting your application.

For English tests (must have CLB 7 or above in all language abilities), we accept:

• International English Language Testing (IELTS) – we only accept the General Training test
• Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) – we only accept the General test

For French tests (must have CLB 7 or above in all language abilities), we accept:

• Test d’évaluation de français pour le Canada (TEF Canada)
• Test de connaissance du français pour le Canada (TCF)

Please make sure you scan the entire page of your test results and that no text is cut off.

简单来说就是CLB 7以上的IELTS、CELPIP、 TEM Canada 或者TCF成绩单都可以，如果同时拥有英语和法语成绩的话还有额外的加分。具体语言成绩对应的CLB分数请参看链接。

Settlement Funds (mandatory)

官网要求如下：

To show that you have available funds to meet or exceed the minimum necessary settlement fund requirement:

• Scan and upload copies of your most recent bank statements showing the last three months of activity.
• Scan and upload copies of the most recent bank statements belonging to your spouse or common-law partner showing the last three months of activity.
• You must also scan and upload a letter from your spouse or common-law partner indicating that you have access to the funds. and/or
• Scan and upload statements of accounts for investments such as fixed term deposits and/or mutual funds.
• You also need to scan and upload a letter from the financial institution. The letter must confirm that the funds are available, and the investments can be liquidated or redeemed on instructions and at what value.

这里的资金证明可以直接上传银行每个月的账单，不需要花钱去柜台打印流水。需要注意的是银行账单是分月的，我们可以通过PDF编辑器将若干个月的账单合并成一个文件上传。

另外，如果你上传的是配偶或common-law-partner的银行账单，那么需要额外附上一封资金使用授权同意书（Consent Letter for Settlement Funds Usage），大家可以通过链接下载模板，修改之后打印签字即可。

Resume (mandatory)

官网要求如下：

You must scan and upload a copy of your most current resumé with your application.

The resumé should outline your current and past work experience, as well as your education and include your current residential address, email address and phone number.

很简单，基本上按照投简历的要求做一个就好，唯一需要注意的是学习、工作记录要跟你在移民局提交的资料一致就好，免得造成不必要的麻烦。

Intention to Reside in Ontario (optional)

官网要求如下：

To demonstrate your intention to reside in Ontario, you must list your established ties to Ontario. Ties to Ontario can include, but are not limited to, the following:

• current and/or previous employment in Ontario
• job offers or jobs applied to/interviewed for in Ontario
• education in Ontario
• volunteer work in Ontario
• lease agreements for a residence in Ontario or property ownership
• professional networks and affiliations
• family ties
• social connections or personal relationships
• previous visits to Ontario

If you do not have ties to Ontario, you may provide a statement of intent that you wish to reside in Ontario.

Please carefully check your financial documents and black out any credit card numbers so they are not visible. Failure to redact your documents will delay the processing of your application.

这一项是非必须的，不过也可以准备一封Letter of Intention进行说明，大体上就是说你居住在安省，然后例举各种证明。

总的来看整个流程都非常清晰明了，各个文件准备起来也并不复杂。但是一旦提名信下来后要进入联邦阶段，那才是噩梦的开端。不过也不是非得要找代理，自己DIY反而更稳妥。
